OMR IS A PRACTICE BASED ONLINE MEDITATION SPACE FOR WOMEN, DESIGNED TO ANCHOR THE ESSENCE OF YOU IN YOUR LIFE.
Staying clear & connected to your true self whilst negotiating the external noise of everyday life can be hard. OMR is your foundation practice for ensuring that your day starts rooted in your true self before the agendas of the world steer you.
Simply put, OMR is designed to support women to attune to their inner world whilst navigating a demanding external world.

OMR live practices are open to women Monday to Thursday 6.30am UK time.

You will be invited to join an optional smaller Whats App circle to receive recordings & connect with your community.

Yes and it’s suitable for experienced practitioners too. OMR is designed to hold the space for you - your experience in the moment will match exactly where you are with your practice.

Sonja Lockyer is trained in mindfulness which is a Buddhist practice but she is not a practicing Buddhist herself. However, the teachings of the Brahmaviharas (loving kindness, compassion, sympathetic joy & equanimity) underpin every practice.

The live morning practice is open to all members of OMR so there may be more practitioners present that your particular cohort of 12.
The number varies and over the past 5 years has been anything from 1 to 20.

Research has shown that 12 is the perfect number in a community for everyone to recognise one another and remember their names.
Our hope is that your circle will become your intimate community within the bigger OMR community.
This means we can grow OMR without loosing the sense of being a part of a circle who know us, see us and support our showing up.
